2. Restocking Fee for Opened Products

If the product has been opened, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to your return. This fee will be deducted from your refund. Please ensure that all original packaging, manuals, and accessories are included with your return to avoid additional deductions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Damaged products are not eligible for return. This includes any product that shows signs of misuse, wear and tear, or damage not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. We recommend thoroughly inspecting your order upon receipt and contacting us immediately if you believe there is an issue with the product.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at info@iconicarms.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Return Shipping

You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

7. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you must return the original item in accordance with our return policy and place a new order for the desired product.
